Here are the basic steps to follow if you want to edit an image on Picsart.

1. Open the PicsArt app and select the image you want to edit.
2. Once your image is open, you will see several editing tools at the bottom of the screen.
3. To adjust basic image settings such as brightness, contrast, and saturation, tap on the “Tools” button.

Modifying Background in Picsart 

Unlike other photo editing programs, PicsArt is relatively straightforward, making removing the backgrounds from pictures easy. Picsart is sophisticated because it can identify people, hair, faces, etc., to make your job easier. One powerful editing technique in Picsart is removing the background, and in the next few steps, I’ll show you how. 

Step 1 

Start by opening PicsArt and choose the picture whose background you want to modify. Go down to the bottom of the screen and tap the Cutout symbol.

Step 2 

By touching the icon, you can choose from options like Person, Face, Hair, Head, Background, etc. 

The image’s subject will be automatically selected when you touch the icon. But you can also select it manually—whatever way suits you. Additionally, you may use the tine Pencil tool to refine the edges. To delete a portion from your selection that you don’t want, use the Eraser tool. Once finished, select Save.

Step 3 

Click the Eye symbol to see how your photo will appear on a plain background. The Picsart software provides a wide range of built-in background selections.

Step 4

Choose the option that complements your image the best. Additionally, you can edit your photo using various tools to blend images perfectly with the background. When you are done modifying and are pleased, click Save.

Adding Finishing Touches To Your Background Edits in Picsart 

You now know how to alter your background. But you must know that you can alter the background without erasing it. The Clone tool is one of the best for editing your background without erasing it. It enables you to modify background distractions like wires, lamps, poles, etc. Using this tool also gives you the freedom to modify the brush’s size, hardness, and opacity.

Step 1 

Start by selecting the image you wish to edit in PicsArt. Next, select Tools from the menu. From the list that will appear when you select Tools, choose Clone.

• Straighten 

Just like the Crop tool, Straighten is a relatively easy yet important photo editing tool. A tiny tilt to the right or left, or taking your photo from below rather than directly ahead, can ruin an otherwise excellent photo.
